Kathy Howell—Nationally Certified Specialist in Orthopedic Physical Therapy

Kathy Howell, our resident Physical Therapist and co-owner (along with her hubby, Kevin) of Delaware House, is adding even more letters to her name (i.e., she has expanded her credentials after passing a really hard exam!). So, in addition to PT (Physical Therapist) and CFMT (Certified Functional Manual Therapist), Kathy can now add OCS (Orthopedic Certified Specialist) to her name. Congratulations, Kathy! (and, if you want a better explanation of her new creds, you’ll have to ask her in person when you run into her at DH!)

Welcome Peggy Gonzales-Charles, our new Physical Therapist

Many warm welcomes, to Peggy, our new Physical Therapist at Delaware House. She’ll be taking up residence right next to Kathy, our fabulous PT and building owner. Appointments with Peggy will be available as of July 1. Read more about what Peggy has to offer, and stop by sometime to meet her!

Counseling Services now at Delaware House

We are expanding our offerings of services devoted to mind/body health with Amy Kistner, psychotherapist. We’ll have more information up on Amy soon. In the meantime, if you’d like to contact her, you can reach her at a.kistner@hotmail.com or by phone: 414-232-2489.

Where’d the treadmills go?

You may have noticed some missing equipment at Delaware House over the past week—namely, two treadmills, an exercise bike, a leg press machine, and several other large pieces of fitness equipment. Rest assured, personal training is still going strong at Delaware House, it’s just been moved to a new, beautifully remodeled space in the lower level. Matt Barber, our personal trainer, now has his own room devoted just to training his clients. Wander down the stairs next time you’re at DH, and check out Matt’s new digs!
