Tasha Miller
Tasha was introduced to the art of yoga when she moved to Milwaukee eight years ago. She immediately felt drawn to the practice, not only for how it made her feel, but for the whole experience of yoga—that mental “breath of fresh air” that always came after taking a class. Her desire to learn more about the practice eventually led her down the path of teaching yoga so that she could share her love of the discipline with others.
Tasha completed her 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) in 2006, through the FYB-Teacher Training School in Mequon, Wisconsin, and recently completed another 100 hours of alignment-base training at Santosh Yoga in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin. Tasha teaches classes that contain a blend of flowing movements with work on precision and alignment. Her classes are both suitable and rewarding for all students, no matter what their skill-level or particular needs.
