Yoga Basics

Mondays 6:00 p.m.
Summer sessions runs July 7 - August 18 (We are full for the summer session!)
$65 for the seven week session. 75 minutes.

This class is geared for the beginning yogi, and focuses on learning the postures and breathing techniques for a solid beginner yoga practice. You will gain greater insight into the essentials of your practice, and deepen it to your level.

Continuing Yoga

Tuesdays 6:00 p.m. (Space is extremely limited; please check for availability.)
Summer session runs July 8 - August 19
$65 for a seven week session. 75 minutes.

This class is intended for those who have had some prior yoga experience, and allows us to take the asanas to a deeper level with, for example, longer holds and more refined movements. Fundamentals of inversions will be covered, as well as powerful breathing techniques and meditation.

Pre-registration is required to attend class, and will commence approximately two weeks prior to a new session. To register, contact the instructor, Tasha Miller, by e-mail or phone. Payments can be dropped off or mailed to Delaware House. We have mats, blocks and straps available for your use during class (or feel free to bring your own). Please bring a large blanket (Mexican-style or equivalent) to class with you.
